Protecting established golf course homes in Metfield from dense pine needle mats, oak tassels, and steep slope water damage.
Without marine-grade 316 micro-mesh, gutters will clog approximately every 35 days during active dropping cycles.
Saturated wet sludge weight pulling on cedar fascia boards, causing bracket pull-out and rot.
3.5-inch needles weave into dense interlocking mesh filters inside standard slotted guards, trapping fine silt.
50-Micron 316 Marine Grade 316 stainless Weave (Zero Needle Penetration)
Metfield properties sit under mixed pine-hardwood canopies that drop debris 12 months out of the year.
Water trapped inside pine-choked gutters seeps into fascia trim, rotting structural rafter tails.
Uneven hillside grounds make ladder positioning hazardous for older homeowners attempting DIY cleanouts.
East Bella Vista homes near Metfield Golf Course and Lake Brittany feature steep lot angles and heavy pine coverage. When pine needles pack into open gutter troughs, acidic runoff decays aluminum seams and rots wooden fascia. Our 316 marine-grade 316 stainless micro-mesh forms an impenetrable barrier that keeps troughs clear forever. Includes full cleanout, laser pitch adjustment, and hidden zinc rafter hangers.
Benton and Washington Counties average 47.5 inches of rainfall per year — well above the national average. Peak storm volume hits during spring thunderstorms and fall rains, with torrential downpours frequently dumping inches of rain in under an hour. Standard gutters fitted with cheap plastic screens clog quickly with pine needles and oak catkins, causing overflowing water to pool around foundation footings. A single heavy storm on a 2,000 sq. ft. roof produces over 1,200 gallons of runoff. Our marine-grade 316 stainless micro-mesh keeps water flowing freely while blocking 100% of organic debris.

210 LF, 9/12 Steep Pitch, Dense Loblolly Pine Canopy
Thin oily pine needles piercing slotted vinyl guards and forming a dense compacted mat blocking all 3 downspout inlets, triggering rear-eave overflow across a 27-foot drop.
Removed failed vinyl screens, extracted 4 cubic feet of compacted needle mat, installed 50-micron 316 stainless 316 stainless mesh flush to gutter lip and fascia. Replaced 22 loose nail spikes with 1.5" zinc hidden hangers, re-sealed 3 leaking corner miters.
175 LF, 10/12 Extreme Pitch, Shortleaf Pine & Cedar
Dangerous 28-foot drop-off at rear eaves requiring homeowner to pay $300/visit for professional cleaning. Pine resin buildup cementing debris into solid sludge blocks.
Laser pitch realignment on 3 sagging trough sections, full sludge extraction, sealed all exterior miters with industrial polyurethane, installed 50-micron 316 micro-mesh with valley diverters at steep roof-to-wall intersections.
Detailed field documentation from residential installations across Bella Vista neighborhoods — proving material specs, pitch leveling, and permanent tree debris defense.
Fine pine needles pierced standard slotted vinyl guards vertically like toothpicks, forming an impenetrable felt mat across all 3 downspout inlets. Water overflow cascaded down a 27-foot cliff face, eroding stone retaining walls.
Removed clogged vinyl guards, vacuum-extracted 4.5 cubic feet of compacted pine sludge, installed 50-micron 316 marine-grade 316 stainless mesh flush to front lip and fascia, laser-aligned pitch, and re-anchored rear eaves with heavy zinc screw hangers.
Geocoded field photographs, flow testing records, and marine-grade 316 micro-mesh installation logs across Bella Vista.
316 marine-grade 316 micro-mesh mounted on 10/12 hillside roofline near Lake Loch Lomond, Bella Vista. 100% Loblolly pine needle deflection verified.
Residential micro-mesh installation on Lake Loch Lomond shoreline protecting 240 linear feet of guttering from pine needle matting.
Before: 4 inches of rotting pine needles choking gutters. After: Permanent 316 marine-grade 316 stainless micro-mesh shedding 100% of debris.
All gutter guard, cleanout, and seamless gutter installations performed by Ozark Gutter Guard Co. adhere strictly to Benton County and City of Bella Vista residential drainage codes.
Fascia-mounted micro-mesh gutter guards are pre-approved under Bella Vista POA ACC rules when utilizing low-profile matching finishes (0% shingle contact). Seamless gutter installation adheres to POA height and setback guidelines.
ACLB Specialty License, City of Bella Vista Contractor License & $2,000,000 General Liability Insurance.
Strict hillside drainage rules enforce positive slope routing on 8/12 to 12/12 hillside lots to prevent bluff erosion, slope slumping, and damage to downstream properties.
Thin rocky Clarksville cherty silt loam over fractured Karst limestone. Hillside runoff rapidly carves deep drainage trenches and undermines retaining walls if gutters overflow.
Plastic screens warp and crack under the Arkansas summer sun, and their large openings let pine needles and oak catkins slip right through into the gutter trough. Reverse-curve 'helmet' covers rely on surface tension, which frequently fails during heavy downpours, causing sheets of water to spill over your gutters and pool around your foundation. Our marine-grade 316 stainless steel micro-mesh sits in a heavy-gauge aluminum frame, keeping out even the finest organic debris while capturing 100% of rainwater.
Never with Ozark Gutter Guard. Big national franchises often slide brackets under your first row of shingles, which can break the manufacturer seal and void your shingle warranty (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed). We fasten our micro-mesh guards directly to the front lip of the gutter and into the fascia board, leaving your roof shingles completely untouched.
We use high-resolution aerial and satellite GIS mapping to accurately measure your roof perimeter, gutter runs, and downspouts. You get an honest, fixed-price estimate sent straight to your phone or email without having a commissioned salesperson sit in your living room for two hours.
Every gutter guard installation begins with our full preparation service at no extra charge: we hand-clean every foot of gutter, flush downspouts clear, realign your gutters for proper water slope, and replace loose spikes with heavy-duty internal screw hangers.
National sales companies carry massive overhead from TV advertising and commission-based sales teams, routinely quoting $4,000 to $8,000 for standard homes. As a local Northwest Arkansas team with zero sales commissions and efficient satellite estimates, we install top-tier marine-grade guards for typically $1,250 to $1,850.
